The Shake Out! Opening Event

Shake Out – a new lunchtime event that promises more than a soggy sandwich, 4th September 2014 @ Village Underground,

Designed to help busy city workers Shake Out the stresses and strains of a modern life, this is the first a series of events by “Shake” London.

The event will create a welcome escape from the ‘burnout’ culture of the city, helping workers to feel happier, healthier and more relaxed.

In addition to top DJs playing the best music, everyone attending Shake Out will receive a healthy lunch from one of Shake Out’s ethical partners.

And for those who can stay for longer, there will be a chill out café selling healthy vegetarian treats from Kombucha to Cacao delights. Relaxation treatments will also be available on the day including Back and shoulder, shiatsu and Indian head massage.

You will leave the event feeling happy, energetic, creative, restored, productive and free!

Shake Out events are part of a much bigger plan to bring people into an awareness of conscious living and ethical living, helping people live well and be happy without falling prey to the pressures of busy modern life and the negative impact this can have.
