Whether you are a hill loving racer or a fair-weather rider, cycling can ask a lot of the body. During these sessions we will enjoy poses that ease tension in hamstrings and hips and create calm in cranky calves and quads. We use breathing practices for better use of the lungs and to help improve our mental focus.
