London Short Film Festival (LSFF) & DOMINO PUBLISHING are proud to present AFTER MANY A SUMMER DIES THE SWAN, an evening in support of London Short Film Festival’s 12th edition in January 2015.

The event will take place at Oval Space on Tuesday 9th September 2014 from 7pm.

LIVE ON THE NIGHT:

• Laura Groves [former Blue Roses singer/songwriter returns in a new guise with synths, harmonic arrangements, and guitars]
• Luke Abbott [critically acclaimed electronica artiste and the Wysing Forest Arts Centre first ever musician-in-residence]
• Boxed In [new project from Oli Bayston from Steve Mason’s band]

• Projections & visuals courtesy of Emmalouise Smith [16mm & super-8 filmmaker and tour visuals for Kate Nash]

• Plus the WORLD PREMIERE of EXPANDED, a new concert film by These New Puritans.

• Plus a short film programme co-curated by LSFF and our Domino acts; The BAFTA winning MY WRONGS # 8245 - 8249 & 117 is directed by Chris Morris and features Paddy Considine, and THE DELIAN MODE is a fascinating documentary look at electronic music pioneer Delia Derbyshire and her work with the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.

• DJs on the night courtesy of Domino and LSFF’s Philip Ilson and singer/songwriter Mat Motte (ex-Mower).

• Fine street food and Gelato will be available all night from The Oval Space kitchen and Hackney Lick.

• Free beers have also been kindly provided by WARSTEINER UK.

Guests are invited to pre-book tickets (early-bird tickets £10, regular tickets £12.50, late-bird tickets £14.50) or donate to the festival as an #LSFFLover.
