Free Langugae Taster Sessions

The Language Centre is a department of SOAS University of London. Its proven expertise lies in making the learning of languages practically useful, highly enjoyable and accessible to people from all walks of life.

Our Open Day is aimed at those who are interested in learning a language of Africa, the Middle East or Asia or one of our European languages: French, Portuguese or Spanish.

The Open Day gives prospective language learners an opportunity to:

 enquire about the Language Centre’s wide range of
evening and intensive courses
 speak to teaching staff about individual language
classes
 take an assessment to see what level of study is
appropriate
 find out how courses are structured and how to apply
 check to see if any discounts are available on courses
 meet the Head of the Language Centre and other staff
 enjoy participating in free Language Taster Sessions
