Young's Sunday Supper Club

In celebration of British Food Fortnight (20 September – 5 October 2014), Young’s presents a series of evening Sunday Supper Clubs. In true supper club fashion, Young’s will invite like-minded diners to share in fabulous four-course meals with wine pairing and entertainment in the comforting surroundings of The Brook Green Hotel for the last event.

Hammersmith is gearing up for a Sunday banquet to remember on 28th September at The Brook Green Hotel. The fabulous five-course feast will feature dishes such as ‘Salmon 3 ways’ - applewood smoked salmon with a quail’s egg, salmon mousse blini and slow cooked extra virgin olive oil poached salmon with caramelised fennel served with a glass of Mission Estate Sauvignon Blanc. For main, roasted sirloin of British beef and 8-hour roasted pork belly with all the trimmings will be offered at the table for all to share and paired with Alta Vista Grande Reserve Malbec. To complete your meal, enjoy a Tall Dark & Handsome (Pedro Xi, Havanna 7 Rum, Young’s Double chocolate stout) with the trio of chocolate. An acoustic musician will be performing live throughout the evening and guests can end the night with a quiz.
