Sparked creatively connects people with the permanent Art in the Park commissions in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
We are celebrating the centenary of Joan Littlewood’s birth, by reflecting her ethos of the Fun Palace, paying tribute to Caroline Bird’s poem ‘The Fun Palace’, and to Joan’s spirit and invites everyone to join in, to play, to be part of this ‘laboratory of fun’ where Joan’s motto of ‘everyone an artist, everyone a scientist’ can be played out.
The 4th October is a day of arts and fun for all the family! Enjoy Races, egg & spoon, 3 legged & prizes, make your own recycled instrument, mask making, face painting and live music!
