The Green, Green Hop of Kent Festival

The award-winning Snooty Fox pub is to celebrate the 2014 new hop season by showcasing the biggest collection of green hopped ales ever seen in London!

From Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th October the Snooty Fox – the North London Campaign for Real Ale’s Pub of the Year 2014 – will be presenting green hopped ales from Kent by exciting breweries including Time & Tide and Pig & Porter, as well as from East London by Trumans, who have used locally grown hops from Spitalfields City Farm.

Green hopped ales are made using freshly picked hops to give the beers a distinctive fresh taste and are only available in the autumn. To complement the beer there will be a great selection of cider, also from the Garden of England, plus a sumptuous festival food menu inspired by Kentish produce.
Top DJs will be on hand all weekend playing the best in 1950s & ’60s rock’n’roll, soul and rhythm & blues on seven inch vinyl.
