The Brompton Design District exhibitions at London Morgan

LONDON MORGAN TO HOST BROMPTON DESIGN DISTRICT’S EMERGING ARTISTS AS PART OF ITS FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS

- Exclusive Dealership For Bespoke, Handcrafted Morgan Cars To Showcase Exhibitors From Contemporary Arts Festival Brompton Design District-

London Morgan, the official London dealership of the country’s last independent family-owned car manufacturer, The Morgan Motor Company, has partnered with the Brompton Design District, a subsidiary of this year’s London Design Festival, to support the arts and cultural legacy of the West Brompton region.

The Brompton Design District, established in 2007, is a partnership between leading international design brands, showrooms and world-class cultural institutions with a view to revitalising the heritage of an area steeped in design, culture, fashion and food.

This year, the cultural arts festival will be partnering with London Morgan, to provide international designers with a creative platform to exhibit their work within its charming mews location. Situated on a cobbled oasis right in the heart of South Kensington, the London Morgan showroom offers an idyllic setting for a fusion between design, British heritage and urban luxury.

The exhibitors confirmed to be showcased at London Morgan include:

- OYUNA Cashmere Exhibit: London-based, Mongolian designer Oyuna Tserendorj will be taking designers out of their industrial comfort zones and inviting them to reimagine classic Oyuna products in the delicate material of cashmere. Her previous work includes collaborations with experimental design studios Peter Marigold, Hunting and Narud and Study O Portable.

- UMPRUM Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design Exhibit: In their debut showing at the Brompton Design District, the Umprum Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design from Prague will be uncovering how unconventional materials like porcelain can contribute to design and push artistic boundaries.
