We saw this in Richmond last night and between the six of us who went, all agreed that there was something missing about the play. The story was promising, but the execution of it didn't quite hit the spot. We were unconvinced that 'Ben' and 'Lotty' were a couple that would have been together as an item, 'Ben' had an odd accent that we couldn't work out, the moment when 'Rolf' lets off a shot outside the house leaving 'Lotty' frozen in shock was almost comical - how long could she stay frozen in that position?! The end was sudden and didn't really convince. What a shame :-(
