Education Startups dinner

This is a dinner for people working in, or interested in, education and EdTech startups.

Our after dinner speaker will be Ben Whately, COO at Memrise. Ben trained as a psychologist at Oxford University before becoming fascinated with learning languages. Feeding this obsession, he moved to a remote corner of China to teach himself Chinese and try to work out how learning languages can be made easier.

Memrise is now one of the largest language learning networks in the world, where more than 2.5 million people learning over 500 different languages. The Memrise community uses images and science to make learning easy and fun.

We'll be gathering around a table to enjoy a lovely meal at the Green restaurant in Clerkenwell as well as great conversation & ideas.
