The multi-award winning Ewan McLennan emerged onto the UK folk scene with his compelling debut album Rags & Robes. Described by Maverick as ‘a collection of truly captivating songs’, the recording also featured in MOJO’s top ten folk albums of 2010. His much-anticipated second album, The Last Bird to Sing, also garnered awards. In 2013 McLennan performed on BBC4’s Transatlantic Sessions alongside some of the world’s finest folk musicians, which showcased both McLennan’s unique interpretation of traditional song and his stunning guitar-playing.
