The Independent Artist Fair (TIAF)London is a curated exhibition of contemporary artists from across the world. The works include innovative sculpture, painting, photography, video, installation, music and performance from both established and emerging artists. Artist-led and aiming for a quality and concept approach, TIAF provides an alternative, less commercial and exclusive platform than other fairs.
The opening night will also showcase a range of performances, music, DJ and bar.

The exhibition reveals a diorama of thought and judgement. Per Johansson’s interplay of light bursting forth from the hidden depths of darkness provide a metaphysical luminosity.

The works of Hana Dzierzengova and Jane Bolden have a visceral approach to the pictorial plane whereas the fleshy turmoil of Liviu Mihais’ paintings resonate with tableaux that weave tails of life and death, and pull in the political, the tragic and the celebratory. Jennifer Bush parodies objectification alongside Yole Quinteros’ Beauty Queens who take a critical look at oppression. With foxes and magpies circling we know nature is upon us, Anna Tsutsui entraps her nests, abandoned and preserved, suspended remnants in dialogue with Asia Fuse’s homage to the rat in her sculptural blocks.

These are only a few of the works on show that aim to challenge notions of the solitary and provide a palette of the global
