Chocolate and Wine – Held on the last Thursday of every month. £40 per person. Here you will get to explore six premium styles of chocolate, matched with six hand-picked wines by their experts, including champagne. These chocolates are melt-in-the-mouth treats anyway, but matched with their wines they are an evening pick-me-up you just can’t deny yourself. An expert will help you identify the flavours and subtle differences in both the wines and the chocolates, demonstrating why some matches work and why some don’t.
