BodyAlign Open Day......

We would like you to come and join us at The Artworks, Elephant and Castle, on Saturday 18th October

Where you can come along and sample a small range of our classes, meet our amazing teachers and get a real taste of what BodyAlign is all about.

We want you to come along and try out a number of our classes which will include

- Forrest Yoga
- Pilates
- Sports Yoga
- Hatha Yoga & Gentle Flow
- Jivamukti
- Vinyasa Flow
- Broga
- Chanting and Meditation

All levels welcome! Class times will be displayed in the new few days.

Just remember to turn up 10-15 mins early to register - and do feel free to spread the word.

The more the merrier, and we will be having some freebies and a few prizes too....
