St Pancras International is set to become a haven of mischief and fun this autumn as the country’s longest running comic joins forces with the UK’s favourite station.
Celebrating the launch of The Beano 2015 annual, Dennis the Menace and the Bash Street Kids will be causing chaos at the iconic station in an exciting thirteen week event starting Monday 20th October.
Commuters and families will be able to discover the story of The Beano annual since 1939 in a specially curated exhibition; feel what it’s like to be in the comic by popping their head into in a special scene photo board, snap themselves with Beanotown’s most famous residents – Dennis the Menace and Gnasher – and create their very own character in a series of cartoon drawing master classes during the October half term.
The drawing master classes will take place on Monday 27th October and Wednesday 29th October at 12.30 pm, 2.00 pm, 3.30 pm and 5 pm. There will also be a chance to meet the Beano author, for a Q&A session on Friday 31st October at 12 pm.
The Beano events will be located throughout St Pancras International from Monday 20th October to Monday 5th January 2015.
