The award-winning Nathan Outlaw, Simon Hulstone and Eric Lanlard are joining forces to create an unforgettable dining experience to raise funds for industry charity Hospitality Action this Christmas.
The one-off fundraising event will take place on Monday 1st December at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London and has been kindly supported by Condé Nast Johansens, Sapori D'Italia and Oranka Juice Solutions.
Nathan Outlaw, recently named AA Chef’s “Chef of the Year” and owner of two Michelin stars for Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, one Michelin star for Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen, Port Isaac and one Michelin star for Outlaw’s at the Capital will kick-start the proceedings with a delicious starter. Simon Hulstone, owner of Michelin star restaurant The Elephant and twice UK representative in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or will take over the reins to create a mouth-watering main course. Whilst award-winning master patissier and star of Channel 4’s Glamour Puds and Baking Mad Eric Lanlard will prepare the breath taking dessert. Each of the chefs will be present on the night and will oversee the menu preparation.
