Charity event at the National Theatre

On Tuesday 25th November Magic Bus will be hosting an exclusive event at the National Theatre on London’s South Bank to celebrate the opening of Behind the Beautiful Forevers.

Behind the Beautiful Forevers is a new play by David Hare based on the book of the same name by Pulitzer Prize winning writer Katherine Boo. The book is based on three years of uncompromising reporting Boo carried out in the community of Annawadi, a makeshift settlement near Mumbai airport where the Magic Bus programme currently runs. The play will be directed by Rufus Norris and features a cast including Meera Syal.

There will be a private drinks reception in the theatre’s main rehearsal room before the show, interval drinks and a continuation of the reception after the show when we will be joined by the cast and company of Behind the Beautiful Forevers.
