Craving Coffee Home Brewing Masterclasses

Craving Coffee presents its home brewing masterclass with owner Matthew Ho. This session is designed for the passionate coffee lover, interested in understanding more about coffee and the principles and techniques utilised to help you get the best results.

In this course we will take a look at:

- The journey of the coffee bean
- Fundamentals of coffee brewing
- Brew ratios and brewing for flavour clarity
- Home brewing equipment - scales, grinders and brewers
- Coffee-making techniques
- Barista tips and tricks for better coffee making

£45 per person, includes a 3 hour session, 250g Weanie Beans Coffee & a Craving Coffee Mug.

A maximum number of 6 people for each course.

Add £45 for a home brewing kit including a Hario V60 pourover and papers and Rhino hand grinder.
