2-5pm: The Battle of the Cartoonists: teams of top cartoonists from The Guardian, The Independent, Private Eye and the Professional Cartoonists Organisation cross pens to create huge satirical banners recording Britain now, with the winning banner chosen by popular vote. The Battle will rage against a background of banners from the past decade’s confrontations, offering incisive commentary on early 21st century politics and society.
