SAF New Music Showcasse

Our New Music Showcase is a monthly event that gives bands/musicians the opportunity to showcase, promote and develop new music. Our second showcase will return to the New Cross Inn on the 26th November and as the last feature an eclectic line up of new and emerging music.

All money raised goes back into the New Music Showcase to cover promotion and organisational costs.

Nishe

Nishe are an Alternative/Indie-rock band from London (UK) formed in August 2013. The band consists of Giovanni Zappa (lead vocals, guitar, electronics), Harold Wilson (bass, backing vocals) and Thomas Romer-Smith (drums, backing vocals), three guys portraying different environments and mixing a diverse range of influences, from exotic tight rhythms to big surrounding sounds.
They propose a new concept of attraction, where the intriguing balance between tension and explosion is the key factor.
And this is undeniably evident in their personalities that perfectly reflect the dualism of their music, where sensibility and impetus, unpretentious and pride, comfort and incisiveness, contemplation and grip coexist, tied with contagious hooks and loads of excitement.


Metasic

The ever growing, ever expanding, ever chaotic force of nature that is Metasic creates a sound quite unlike anything out there at the moment. Exciting, passionate and full of life and energy; Metasic's music is sure to conjure up emotions in even the most dormant of souls. Working under the surface for the time being, it won't be long until Metasic breaks loose upon the world, and the world shall feel it.

Smooth Ends

Smooth ends is a 4 piece indie band based in South East London .The band was formed in 2013 by Kevin Erlicher (vocals/guitar) and Luca Oliva Knight (guitar),both from Argentina ,and later joined by Benjamin Vallejos(bass/Chile) and Jacob Samuels (drums /UK) - With intricate melodies and a jazzy vibe ,they have many influences including hip hop ,funk and pop .
