LONDON GETS AN EARLY WAKE UP CALL

WHAT: A series of breakfast events across the capital
WHERE: Various locations
WHEN: 16th – 26th November
PRICE: FREE. Email [email protected] for tickets

Waking up at an ungodly hour to an unwelcome early morning needn’t make you quake in your fluffy slippers. Instead, makers of Swedish oat drink, Oatly, will be disrupting the humdrum morning routine via a series of unique breakfast events across London. Londoners can wake up, literally smell the coffee, enjoy an abundant breakfast and experience something stimulating before most Londoners have even put on their pants.

Kicking off with a philosophy slam as seen at the likes of Wilderness Festival, The Original Oatly BREAK-FEST Serial Philosophy for Breakfast will see two thinkers bounce from topic to topic as demanded by the audience who can ask them to philosophise anything and everything. A quirky mix of morning events follow, before the series culminates in a high-octane morning rave in conjunction with the worldwide cult event, Morning Gloryville, where a top international DJ will be performing (we can’t say who just yet!).

To apply for tickets, email [email protected] (breakfest with an ‘e’) with the event name in the subject field.*

What: Philosophers and authors Robert Rowland Smith and Mark Vernon from The School of Life provide morning entertainment and enlightenment over breakfast in the form of a mini-philosophical tussle where the audience are welcome to join in.

Foodstuff: Selection of Oatly uber porridges**, cinnamon buns, granola, fruit smoothies & coffees
