Arts and mental health charity CoolTan Arts will be celebrating International Men’s Day with a packed programme of workshops and talks.

Wednesday 19th November

12pm – 6.00pm at CoolTan Arts, Third Floor, 224-236 Walworth Road, SE17 1JE.

Join us for a fun, friendly afternoon to meet new people and learn new things. All welcome!

SCHEDULE

Talk on Men’s Appearance 12:15 – 1pm

Self Advocacy Session: How the mental health system impacts on masculinity 1.15 – 2.15pm

Exercise at Home Workshop 2:30 – 3:15pm

Men’s Cooking Group – quick and simple healthy food. 3:30 – 5:30pm

Poetry 5 – 6pm

Throughout the day we will have tasty homemade snacks availble, which particularly benefit men’s health, kindly prepared by our Cooking Club.
We will also be offering Free Men’s Health Checks for men between 40-70 years (TBC )– Pre-booking essential.
