Smiths, Spitalfields, is located on the outskirts of the iconic Old Spitalfields Market and on Friday 28th November will play host to some of the best live bands in London. Hosted by HOT VOX, this free entry Friday night event is the place to be to discover excellent new bands in rock ‘n’ roll chic surroundings.

Topping the bill is Stickman Cartel. Their unique sound is a combination of calypso beats, house/dub synths and angular guitars combined with their energetic live sets have cemented them as a band on the up.

Support comes from Blank Bibles who blend soaring harmonies, intertwining guitars and driving rhythms, fusing elements of folk, rock and worldbeat with a pop sensibility.

Also on the line up are Hepzibah. Their music does not particularly fall into one genre, but ranges from acoustic folk, to soft rock.

Sirens and Shelter is next on the line up. Full of honesty and heart, this band give relentless live performances!

Opening the night is Lewis Shacklady. His songs blur the lines of pop, folk and soul, producing a cohesive blend of feel-good music.

So sip on a cocktail in the bar overlooking the Shoreditch streets or make your way to the stunning basement bar to listen to the hottest new bands around. With a line up this talented all housed in one of the best undiscovered live music venues in East London, this free night is sure to start your Friday off right!
