Aerial Yoga Partner Workshop

The aerial swings already give you a supremely relaxing experience. In this workshop we are going to add to this by working in pairs and practising simple Thai yoga massage techniques and assisted stretching on each other. This, combined with the effect of the swing (similar to the feeling of being in water) should produce a deeply relaxing and bonding experience for all those taking part.

Suitable for all ages and experience. No partner necessary – you can be partnered up on the day.

about the host:

richard is originally from Yorkshire but living and teaching yoga in london for the past 7 years. He spent six years living in monasteries and ashrams. Trained in the Sivananda and Ashtanga styles of yoga but for the past three years has been mainly teaching aerial yoga – which he loves…because it’s liberating!
