Crap Film Club presents: Plan 9 From Outer Space

Originally titled "Grave Robbers From Outer Space", the plot (what there is of it) centres around extraterrestrial beings who are seeking to stop humanity from destroying the universe.

"Greetings my friends! We are all interested in the future, for that is where you and I are going to spend the rest of our lives! ...". With these immortal words, so begins perhaps the most famous crap film of all time. To achieve this, the aliens implement "Plan 9", a scheme to resurrect the Earth's dead and, in doing so, cause chaos in order to get the planet's attention.

Join us for a Xmas-themed screening of notoriously driven director Ed Wood's bad movie masterpiece - even the death of leading man Bela Lugosi didn't stop him! Stare in disbelief at the cardboard props and wooden acting! Chortle at classic lines such as "One thing's sure: Inspector Clay's dead...murdered...and somebody's responsible!". Munch on mince pies and other Yuletide snacks, and maybe even win a prize in our competition!
