Mid-week laughs Comedy in the Attic, Hackney's finest alternative comedy night! This month's bill is headlined by the incredible TOM TOAL, with support from Gráinne Maguire and Pulp Comedy faves.

Laugh your way towards the festive season with Comedy in the Attic, Hackney's finest alternative comedy night!

One of comedy's rising stars, Tom's 2010 debut show 'On The Scrapheap' achieved widespread acclaim and reviews; and his follow up 'Rom-Coms and Revolutions' played to sell-out audiences for the full run. Be warned, Shortcom reviewers told us, "You might find yourself taking a paracetamol to kill the pain in your jawline afterwards!"

Support comes from GRAINNE MAGUIRE, a stand up comedian, comedy writer and columnist whose excitable charm and original material mean she is a popular MC at gigs around the UK and Ireland. She recently finished her third show at the Edinburgh Festival, 'Gráinne Maguire's One Hour All Night Election Show', which was a hit with both audiences and critics. As a politics nerd and pop culture obsessive, Gráinne knows as much about the vagaries of Coalition government as she does about Cheryl Cole's relationship choices. Too much.

There will be short sets from two of Pulp Comedy's current favourite up and comers, and your MC for the evening is CHRIS BETTS, who was a finalist in the Comedy Knights Fresh Comedian of 2013.

Line up subject to rare change.
