It's the poetry show with the big stage, the winning hosts and the Forrest Gump line-up ('You never know what you're gonna get')! Yes – Jawdance is back!

For too long, poetry has been the sideshow, consigned to the Acoustic Tent while something much bigger blasts away on the Pyramid Stage. But here at Jawdance, poetry is the main attraction.

So this is a call-out to all you spoken-word scenesters, you sussed sonneteers, you suburban skalds: put your mouth where our mic is, and show us the verve of your verbals. Just make sure you arrive early (6.15 is a good time) to secure your slot.

It's in a bar! It's FREE! It's JAWDANCE!

*Limited seating is provided on a first come, first served basis. Once all of the seating is taken, it will be standing room only for the remaining ticket holders. If you are unable to stand, and would like us to reserve seating for you, please contact our box office team to discuss.
