Janus Sounds presents: The Triptych
The inaugural night at a new venue above The Barrow Boy.
Featuring:
-Henri Herbert
We're thrilled to linking up with Henri Herbert, who will be bringing the piano playing brilliance that always made The Jim Jones Revue such an incredible live band to Triptych.
"Henri Herbert rolls like a runaway train hurtling at speed along a greased railway track" (The Quietus)
"Dazzling virtuosity" (Silent Radio)
-Tommy Hare / Freddie Keen
Tommy Hare has a voice of grit that has to be heard to be believed and a stage presence so sharp that it could have your eye out. He's lent his vocal talents to Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood and is a regular with boogie impressario Ben Waters.
Freddie Keen is a dark groove, rock singer/songwriter and guitarist from London. He sings mournful yet poignantly uplifting songs that feel as if they were written just for you. Delivered with a strange wit and brutal honesty.
-Nicky Francis (Goldheart Assembly DJ set)
Nicky from Goldheart Assembly will be selecting the discs to chart a voyage into his musical hinterland.
