Gluten Free Festive Bakes Masterclass

Calling all gluten free folk (or people with gluten free friends, family & partners you’d like to bake for)!

Jayne Totty of Supernourished leads this seasonally inspired gluten-free masterclass creating all things delicious, baked, and gluten free for the festive season.

The day’s program will include:

Savoury pastry and breads for fabulous party nibbles
Sweet pastry for magnificent mince pies
Gluten free versions of some classic Christmas bakes and cakes

Info about gluten free flours and how to use them
Nutritional discussion on gluten free flours
Trouble shooting common gluten free baking problems
Take home recipes of everything made in class and techniques for successful wheat/gluten free baking
