The Ultimate Christmas Party

This year’s hottest pop-up, The Little Yellow Door, is continuing its popular series of London’s greatest house parties, as the fictional flat share, featuring a bar and restaurant, takes on the festive season, and presents The Ultimate Christmas Dinner Party. On December 10th the five flatmates are again opening up their quirky Notting Hill home for an evening of great food, killer drinks and new friends, and this time they’re going all out.

The cool & cosy apartment will be decorated in true TLYD style, mismatched and fun, with all of the flatmates brining in their favourite Christmas decorations. On the menu, created by their very own, The Wandering Chef, there will be festive classics such as Roast Turkey with Ham Hock, and Sage Stuffing, Roast Potatoes, Honeyed Parsnip, Sprout & Bacon, Bread Sauce, Cranberry Sauce and Giblet Gravy. Expect mouth-watering festive canapés including Deep Fried Camembert with Truffle Honey, Pear and Candied Walnuts, and Foise Gras, Roast Chicken and Duck Liver Mousse with Quince.

Before the wacky space is transformed from dining room to party den, TWC will deck the halls with delicious desserts including their very own, Christmas Pudding Crème Brûlée, Mince Pies with Macerated Winter Fruits and Buttered Brandy, and of course, Winter Spiced Rum Fudge. All of this and more culinary surprises will be available for a very appetising £40, which also includes a complimentary house punch on arrival.

Since the quirky bar opened its Little Yellow Door in early October, is has rapidly become a West London institution, and the infamous house parties have seen queues lining up far down Notting Hill Gate. In other words, there are small chances any other Christmas party, will top this one, so be quick if you want to join them.
