We are excited this evening to present a fantastic night of “Groove” and Soul featuring two of the finest singers on the scene. Natalie Williams is an exceptional singer/songwriter whose style is a unique blend of R&B, vocal jazz and soul. Until recently one of the featured singers with the iconic band “Incognito” Natalie also hosts a monthly soul gig at iconic London venue Ronnie Scott’s as well as gigging with the band “Soul Family” (who performed at Love Supreme Festival in the summer of 2014). Nominated for a MOBO Award in 2010, Natalie’s latest album, “Where you Are”, co-written with pianist Tom Cawley, has already received impressive reviews (Jamie Cullum says it’s “her best album yet”). Her “sister in soul” Annabel Williams (they aren’t actually related, though ought to be!), is one of those singers who is highly admired and respected within the “business” but perhaps a little less well known outside of it….at the moment. A voice coach for television programmes X Factor & Britain’s Got Talent as well as a former voice coach to a young Amy Winehouse, she is also a visiting faculty member at BIMM (British & Irish Modern Music Institute) with specialisms in “funk, soul, R&B, jazz and improvisation”. She has toured, recorded or performed with artists including Rumer, Beverley Knight, Charlotte Church, Katie Melua, Jamie Cullum, Amy Winehouse and Alison Moyet, was a featured performer for the 2013 London Jazz Festival’s “Jazz Voice” opening concert, and if all that wasn’t enough she also co-hosts the Ronnie Scott’s Blues Explosion nights. Not surprisingly the “sisters” have put together a fantastic band to support them, including Tony Remy (Courtney Pine, Annie Lennox) on guitar, Steve Corley (Alison Moyet) on keyboards, Rob Mullarkey (Jamie Cullum) on bass and Bob Knight (Charlotte Church, Cee-Lo Green) on drums. Both Natalie and Annabel are blessed with stunning voices and effervescent personalities that will put the holly in your jolly, the cheer in your beer, the fine in your wine, well, you get the idea! Booking definitely recommended.

“Natalie Williams…One of the UK’s hottest singers…she effortlessly moves from soul-diva to sensual and sophisticated jazz.” Time Out;
“For the singers, though, this gig [Jazz Voice] is a very tough call….some manage to make their mark…This year it….was definitely Annabel Williams' night. The X Factor coach powered through the Etta James hit I'd Rather Go Blind, bringing the audience to its feet in the first half; and people on the way out were buzzing about her It's a Man's Man's Man's World from the final James Brown medley.” Telegraph
