This is a 6 week course, held at the same time for 6 consecutive weeks. I will introduce or reconnect you with gentle mindfulness practices for stress reduction and increased life enjoyment. I will guide you through accessible meditations, explore how to cope with distractions, and offer practical tips for sustaining this practice amidst our busy lives.
