H.E. Khamtrul Rinpoche First Visit To The West

For over 20 years, Tsoknyi Rinpoche has been teaching students worldwide about the innermost nature of mind in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Rinpoche is one of those rare teachers whose lighthearted, yet illuminating style appeals to both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Tsoknyi Rinpoche was sent to Khampagar Tashi Jong Monastery near Dharamsala at 9 years old to train with H.E. 8th Khamtrul Rinpoche. (who was also the teacher of Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo of ‘Cave in the Snow’ fame.) The Togdens are very special yogis attached to this monastery who are famous for their high level of realisation. Togden Chokyi Lodro is the last one surviving who escaped from Tibet. This will be an exciting occasion as it is the first time H.E. Khamtrul Rinpoche has visited the West to give teachings.
