The South London Soul Train throws A Chic Organisation special - celebrating the life, work and sounds of one of the most influential bands / producers in the history of modern soul music.

A Chic special where your host with the absolute most Jazzheadchronic + special guest AJ Kwame [Incognito DJs] invite you to celebrate the life and works of the band that put the Capital F in funk, D in Disco and added More bounce to the ounce than almost any other band - Then to Now. Chic Originals written and performed by legendary Duo Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards - to Chic remixes and productions for the likes of Diana Ross, Carly Simon, Norma Jean Wright, Shiela and B Devotion, Fonzi Thornton and of Course - Sister Sledge.

Jazzheadchronic and AJ Kwame mining the complete Chic back catalogue [including newer works by Nile Rodgers and Chic Remixes by the likes of Dimitri From Paris] then dropping them hard, large, loud and very direct to the dance-floor - alongside more than a few equally heavyweight non Chic joints to keep the vibe absolutely righteous, All night long. Absolute best of times guaranteed.

Then on level 2 Legendary Djs Snowboy & Dean Rudland unleash the Soul and Funk Beasts on 45 direct to the whole ah you soul. Droppin the heaviest Vinyl on the dance floor like rain for days - dance like thunder. Storming! The South London Soul Train Chic Special line up completed by residents - the simply outstanding Nik Weston & Bad Ass DJ Partner Huw 72 promising another night of blistering eclectic, globalistic groove. Prepare yourselves.

+ Don't forget we got a whole other basement level dedicated to the art of the chill. A place to catch your breath between marathon stints on the numerous dancefloors.

As always, Passengers are requested to check their Souls at the Station as this ones for good time party people only No Bass Wobbles Here, Only Love, Funk and Souuuuuuuul.
