MARTIN AUSTWICK
-----

Hi. My name is Martin Zaltz Austwick. I’m an academic, musician, podcaster and occasional visual artist.

The Sound of The Ladies is where I keep my music at the moment, and I tweet at @MartinAustwick when not talking about academic things.

LIZ & THE LOFTY THINGS
-----

Front woman / songwriter Liz Williams sounds like a Joni Mitchell for the 21st Century, backed by her multidisciplinary band The Lofty Things.

Liz is originally from Canada, and together the band has built a strong following in London and on the festival circuit in the south of England. Their songs have a warm intimacy highlighted in their unique storytelling folk.

Their debut album will be released February 2015.

NICK EDWARD HARRIS
-----

Seriously involving lyrics washing over expansive and idiosyncratic melodies - Folk Words

Harris clearly knows what he wants to say and how he wants to say it - there are five years worth of songwriting in here. - Fatea
