UK’s first matcha bar opens at Boxpark with teapigs

teapigs, the first tea company to bring matcha green tea to the UK is now launching the UK’s first ever matcha bar pop up at Shoreditch’s Boxpark. Launching on the 27th January 2015 and running for one week, now is the time to try this health sensation first hand. You’ll be able to try an array of matcha based drinks and snacks; traditional matcha green tea, matcha lattes, matcha kit kats and even a few cheeky matcha cocktails. You’ll also be able to learn first-hand all about this super power green tea and stock up on your supply. teapigs will be hosting a series of events during the week including a special workshop on mindfulness from modern meditation experts, Headspace, and a talk from healthy eating expert, Natasha Corrett from Honestly Healthy.
