Cake International – The Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating and Baking Show will be returning this spring with all the latest ideas, supplies, demonstrations and workshops from the industry experts. Taking place at ExCeL, London (27 - 29 March) the show will also have an unrivalled choice of supplies from more than 100 exhibitors from across the globe.

With her undeniable red carpet glamour, cake decorating expert Mich Turner will open the show, accompanied by master chocolatier, Will Torrent. Both will be appearing throughout the show to share their expertise in the Cake International Theatre with live demonstrations. They will also be on hand to offer their top tips and advice in Q & A sessions and in the Authors’ Kitchen.

Great British Bake Off star, Edd Kimber will be demonstrating his techniques each day of the show in the Cake International Theatre. The Boy Who Bakes (Edd Kimber) will be sharing his delicious delights and passion for all things cake with the thousands of visitors over the three day show.

The stunning 4.5ft tall edible Avatar character cake – Neytiri will be on display to wow and inspire visitors at the ExCeL. Neytiri stands aloft holding a bow and arrow which takes her total width to a staggering 1 metre. The creator, Emma Jayne has a background as a portrait painter which has helped her to recreate the iconic and striking look of James Cameron’s character.

Find some of the greatest sugarcraft and cake decorating talents from home and abroad in the Demonstration Theatres and learn new skills and pick up invaluable advice from the experts. Alternatively, have a go and enter one of the many Competition Classes. Open to novices or anyone who has been creating masterpieces for many years, there is a category suitable for everyone to showcase their talents.

Paul Da Costa Greaves will be taking centre stage in The Cake International Theatre with a range of irresistible quick and easy-to-bake recipes to do at home. Favourite cake authors in the Authors’ Kitchen will be demonstrating recipes from the bestselling books, sharing their top tips and inspiration and answering questions or signing books.

Especially designed for juniors and newcomers to sugarcraft, A Taste of Sugar Mini-Workshops offer a hands-on experience teaching cake crafting techniques. The Renshaw School will teach visitors how to create cake toppers, coverings and sugarpaste figures. Admission is free and on a first come first serve basis. Budding chocolatiers should visit Will Torrent’s Chocolate workshops with daily workshops offering top tips and creative ideas in the art of chocolate.

In the Cake Decorators Kitchen’, Knightsbridge PME will be offering inspiring demonstrations with all the latest ideas and delicious creations.
