No matter how hard we try, there’s always somebody around us that we just don’t “get”. Understanding people can be a daily challenge, simply because we’re all different, dynamic and unique.

Some people are assertive, some easy-going, some need attention, some space. Sometimes we don’t see things the same way, sometimes the other person’s behaviour makes no sense, sometimes we all just seem to be on different wavelengths.

When we don’t understand people, that’s when problems begin!

Understand that we can’t change others. We can only get better at understanding people, their personality, behaviour and communication style. As a result, we’ll get along better and open the door to being understood.
