Disney's Peter Pan Jr

Grab some fairy dust, weigh the anchor, and set sail for Neverland! Peter Pan will be swooping into the Pump House Theatre Watford this half term.

The Rickmansworth Players' Youth and Junior theatre groups are all set for an hour of swashbuckling adventures in Disney's adaptation of the much loved animated film, based on the classic play by J. M. Barrie.

"Disney's Peter Pan Jr." is a modern version of the timeless tale about the boy who wouldn't grow up, as he takes the Darling children on the adventure of a lifetime. They meet the Lost Boys, Mermaids, Indians, and of course the infamous pirate, Captain Hook!

There's a fancy dress competition for the audience. On the matinee performances, everyone's invited to come dressed as fairies or pirates (young or not-so-young), with the chance to win a prize.

With a score that includes new arrangements of classic Disney songs, such as "Following the Leader," "You Can Fly," "The Second Star to the Right" and "Yo Ho, A Pirate's Life for Me", this is a show that will have everyone humming happily for days afterwards.
