EENMAAL (directly translated as ‘dinner for one’) will pop up in soho over two days to encourage brits to reclaim their lunch break and enjoy fresh cuisine, with a side order of “temporary disconnection” before returning to their desks. lucky diners will be able to experience the world renowned idea, curated by founder and strategic social designer marina van goor, by applying for spaces when they are released in mid january.

marina van goor sparked international headlines when she launched the restaurant concept in her home town of amsterdam last year. goor’s team of renowned chefs will be curating a bespoke menu for london foodies using the capital’s tastiest ingredients, all complemented by glacéau smartwater, the uk’s first vapour distilled spring water.
