Monroe

London based band ‘Monroe’ who have recently morphed into a sexy dance act are ready to reveal their new direction with the release of their sizzling summer single ‘Hunt You Down’. The pair have teamed up with none other than producer and songwriter Warren Meyers of Soulshaker & The Audiofreaks (one of the hottest production, remix & DJ outfits in the world of Dance Music) to create their first dance release ‘Hunt you down’ which is sure to set the dance floor on fire & the air waves alight all summer long.
The band is fronted by Malta’s pop princess Kelly Schembri & Isle of Wight’s singing sensation Katie (KJ) Jones. Both island girls made the big move to London to pursue music and after being introduced to each other in 2009 founded the group ‘Monroe’. Apart from being in a band together the girls are also a very strong song-writing team and enjoy writing for other artists as well as for ‘Monroe’.
