Valentine's Day at 108 Brasserie

This year celebrate Valentine’s Day in style at 108 Brasserie in Marylebone as they offer an exclusive Valentine’s Day set menu.

108 Brasserie will welcome guests with a glass of Prosecco along with a West Mersea native oyster infused with ginger and lime, guaranteed to get guests in the romantic mood. This will be followed by a delicious 4 course set menu designed by Head Chef Russell Ford, priced at £60. Thanks to the adjoining 108 Pantry there is no need for guests to fret about breakfast for the morning after, as they will be presented with 108 Pantry’s fresh homemade granola to take home.

Poached lobster served with blood orange and fennel salad and caviar

Jerusalem artichoke velouté with shaved with black truffle

Saddle of rabbit with wild mushrooms

Monmouthshire ham and topped with tarragon

Fillet of rose veal braised shin cannelloni with charred red peppers and crispy shallot

Pan fried John Dory with roasted Isle of Sky scallop, leeks and smoked bacon

Courgette flower served with Parmesan gnocchi, toasted pine nuts and basil

Baked vanilla cheesecake with Yorkshire rhubarb and Lemon meringue pie
