Winner of the 2013 Dankworth Prize for Jazz Composition and mentioned three times as Jazzwise magazine’s “One to Watch 2014”, Tom is a trombonist, composer and arranger who has performed at venues including Ronnie Scott’s, the Vortex Jazz Club and 606 Club, as well as the Montreux, Toronto and Montreal Jazz Festivals. His quartet weaves together modern and traditional influences from Flamenco to Dixieland, playing original compositions with striking melodies, colourful harmony and propulsive grooves, and features some of the most exciting young musicians in the London jazz scene. The band is a smaller and more intimate version of the Tom Green Septet, who are releasing their debut album in early 2015.

“Some of the most exciting original music I’ve heard for a long time” Dame Cleo Laine

“A musician for us all to look out for” Jazz UK

“An exciting, vibrant player” Paul Pace, Ronnie Scott’s Club
