We are confronted with global warming and the prospect of mankind’s end, but we feel almost nothing. Will climate change overcome humankind? What must scientists do in order for people to believe them?

Internationally renowned philosopher, anthropologist and sociologist Bruno Latour presents an epic, physical and intelligent work on human apathy and climate change.

"Calls to mind in a visceral way why we need to keep this home of ours healthy" New York Times

Bruno Latour turns to theatre for the first time in his career to explore a question intrinsic to his life long research – can humans feel an emotional response to climate change? Played out beneath a suspended silk canopy, the work considers the effect of scale on our emotional responses to ecological disaster, with the aim of using theatrical form to explore the subject in a more personally affecting way.
