A stage area will be dedicated to the performing arts, with music, dance, meditation, and demonstrations ensuring that nobody will leave feeling unfulfilled.

A showcase of around 150 exhibitors will add to the experience; stop by a stand for a massage, book a reiki session, or have a reading with a leading medium. The Mind Body Soul Experience provides a space to unwind, relax, refresh and renew, encouraging visitors to use all five senses to fee, hear, smell, see and taste the rich diversity on offer.
