Come and meet The Mall’s Mad Scientist at our Weird Science event!

There will be amazing Whizz Bang shows, gooey slime workshops, competitions plus lots more at The Mall Wood Green this February Half Term.

We are inviting school children from the area to come and enjoy the FREE activities on offer and see some fantastic weird science experiments – guaranteed to WOW!

See our Mall Mad Science instructor carry out a variety of exciting experiments and learn all about science fun facts.

The Weird Science events will be taking place at The Mall Wood Green every day from Thursday February 19th until Sunday February 22nd from 1 – 5pm.

On Saturday February 21st you can enjoy the live Whizz Bang Shows and see our mad science instructor carry out a variety of experiments - one class you won’t want to miss out on.

Weird Science Timetable of Fun!

Everyday on Thursday, Friday and Sunday February 19, 20 & 22nd from 1 – 5pm.
The Mall Wood Green has teamed up with WHSmith and Disney for its Weird Science event!
• Learn fun facts and hear horrible science stories at our storytelling sessions with prizes to be won!
• Take part in our science themed art activities including art sheets featuring Big Hero 6 – the new hit movie from Disney!
• Win Cineworld family tickets and movie prizes.
• Take part in our Science Selfie competition to win prizes!

Saturday February 21st 11 – 4pm

Throughout the day there will be live Whizz Bang Shows with our Mad Science instructor carrying out exciting experiments plus..
• In between the shows you can take part in fun science workshops including Slime Time – make and take away your own slime!
• Use an AirZooka in the fun Air and Pressure workshop.
• Make indoor lightning while conducting hair-raising experiments with our electrostatic Van de Graff generator.
