We are very pleased to announce that even more fantastic names are joining the throng ensuring that Howard Marks & Friends will be a unique, and very special occasion indeed. Held at the Kentish Town Forum on the 27th February 2015, the night will be a celebration of an extraordinary life, raising funds to help see Howard through his treatment, to set up a Mr Nice Foundation and to complete a documentary film, which brings Howard’s story right up to date.

Joining the previously announced Rhys Ifans, members of Super Furry Animals, and Howard himself, for a night of music, comedy, poetry and celebration, will be the Bard of Salford John Cooper Clarke, BBC Radio 6 Music’s Cerys Matthews, acoustic action from none-more eclectic Alabama 3, in your face Irish man Andrew Maxwell, Pentecostal parody merchants The Church and Blind Arcade. Plus there will be DJ sets from Back to Basics legend Dave Beer, righteous dread Don Letts and Bestival head honcho Rob da Bank. And we’ll have a legendary and very special guest musician playing, too. But you’ll have to be at the forum to find out who!

Promising an evening of non-stop entertainment, hailing one of world’s most colourful counter-culture heroes, this will be a historic night. And remember… Expect the unexpected!
