Expedition company Secret Compass has teamed up with the Kendal Mountain Film Festival to present an evening of incredible adventure films as part of the Kendal Mountain Film Festival Tour.

After the evening’s first selection of award-winning films (selected from Kendal’s 2014 highlights) there will be an on-stage adventurer Q&A, compered by Alastair Humphreys and featuring Dan Milner, Antonia Bolingbroke-Kent and Jamie Berry. They will be talking about their past, present and upcoming adventures and will be answering all those pressing questions about adventures big and small, specific and general, big budget and free.

The evening will run as follows:

6pm: Doors open for mingling (cash bar for food and snacks available)
7pm: Event begins with an hour-long programme of short films (listings to come!)
From 8pm-8.15pm: Adventurer panel begins hosted by Al
9pm: 30 minute interval (cash bar for food and snacks available)
9.30: Final hour-long programme of short films, highlights of Kendal Film Fest

This is a charitable evening run on a non-profit basis by Secret Compass will all proceeds going to Joshua Orphan and Community Care, a charity based in Malawi.
