The Good Housekeeping Institute provides the perfect cake decoration class where you will learn how to make and decorate the perfect celebration cake using classic and modern decorative ideas.

The trusted GHI cooks will provide practical tuition teaching you how to make the classic carrot cake recipe and meringue butter icing. You will also be shown how to use dowels to create beautiful tiered centrepieces and shown different piping techniques.

Once the class is finished, you will be able to enjoy your masterpiece in the new stand-alone Cookery School, and take away the recipes to re-create again at home.

During the class refreshments will be provided along with an apron and all cooking equipment for use on the day. Classes are suitable for all cooking abilities from beginner to intermediate.
