This St Patricks Day at The Water Poet sees Guinness galore, authentic Irish dishes, live music from the un-missable Black Velvet band, Irish craft beers, and Six Nations rugby – it’s like you’ve struck a pot of gold!

• GUINNESS ISLAND - dedicated bar in the garden serving Guinness, Guinness and more Guinness- from 3pm daily (March 13th – March 17th)

• IRISH CRAFT BEER – Grab a bottle or two of authentic Irish craft beer from Blacks of Kinsale (Available from March 9th onwards)

• LIVE MUSIC - Traditional Irish music from BLACK VELVET- a three piece band with fiddle, playing Irish classics - (March 17th 6pm till 9pm)

• BLARNEY STONE COCKTAILS – (available March 13th – March 17th)

• IRISH MENU – Join us for a real taste of Ireland with our authentic dishes including Irish mutton stew with boxty potatoes and Finnan haddock and mussel stew with garlic soda bread ( March 17th 12pm – 9.30pm)

• SIX NATIONS RUGBY – On Saturday 14th we will be showing Wales v Ireland followed by England v Scotland all around the pub followed by Italy v France on Sunday 15th - so make space for a few at Guinness Island before watching the game.
